1. Information on this site

We write about Duong Lam, Thay Pagoda and the surrounding area from our own visits and checks. Opening hours, ticket prices, festival dates and access rules are set by third parties and can change without notice; please treat them as a guide. For your own tour, the written booking confirmation is what counts.

2. Independence

This is the website of an independent private tour operator. We are not the Duong Lam Ancient Village Management Board, not Thay Pagoda, and not a government or tourism authority, and we do not sell official entrance tickets on their behalf.

3. Our content

Text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit; please do not copy whole pages or images without asking.

4. Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, access other people’s bookings, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is always error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on general information on the site.
